It's time to get prepared for the next Mardi Gras! Krewe's are looking for 👉 you! Come to The Mystic Krewe of Aquarius meeting this Thursday Aug 12, 2021 at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 1917 Winnie on the island. They have 10 floats and have room for some more to join. Come to the fun and get ready to party down for the next and the best Mardi Gras ever!

Galveston ArtWalk Are Back!! Every 6 Weeks Downtown!!

Galveston ArtWalk are back!! Come to the island this weekend July 17th, 2021 and every six weeks to enjoy the island and the local art. Presented every 6-8 weeks in partnership with downtown galleries, artist studios, nonprofits, and local businesses, ArtWalk takes place inside existing art spaces. This popular event is free and open to everyone. After 35 years of organizing ArtWalk, Galveston Arts Center reintroduced this community program on April 24th, 2021 after a precautionary one-year hiatus. We ask that all our partners and visitors join as we continue follow all CDC guidelines regarding safety in public gatherings.

The Galveston Beach Band Concert series returns this summer for its 92nd season!
The Galveston City Council on Thursday approved the summer band concert series, which is a weekly, free, family-friendly event held on Tuesdays at the Eugenia and George Sealy Pavilion (900 24th Street.)
